    Overview 

    The Symposium on the Sustainability of Educational Training and Development in the Gulf States was organized through collaboration between NEDC and the Arab Center for Educational Training for the Gulf States. 
    The event aimed to shed light on the current state of sustainable professional development in the Gulf region, analyze the main challenges and opportunities, and propose practical mechanisms to enhance the effectiveness and continuity of training programs in support of comprehensive educational improvement. 

     

    Objectives 

    • Highlight the challenges and barriers to sustaining training programs and discuss innovative solutions to ensure their long-term effectiveness. 

    • Exchange experiences and best practices among Gulf educational entities in designing, implementing, and evaluating sustainable professional development programs. 

    • Propose strategies and operational frameworks to enhance sustainability through educational policy integration, institutional support, and effective use of technology.
