The QU–HBKU Institutional Collaboration Grants Program is designed to strengthen strategic research partnerships between the two institutions, fostering knowledge exchange and supporting the development of joint research projects that contribute to Qatar's national research ecosystem.
The first cycle focuses on AI for Energy, highlighting the role of artificial intelligence in advancing sustainability and innovation in the energy sector, with priority areas including supply chain optimization and smart manufacturing for oil, gas, and energy industries.
