The Sports Affairs Department is committed to developing and enhancing the physical, personal, health, and social capabilities of students and beneficiaries. We work to increase students' sense of belonging by involving them in sports, health, and recreational programs, as well as joining athletic teams.

Objectives:

We aim to establish and prepare athletic sports teams that adhere to ultimate practices, representing Qatar University in local and international competitions. Additionally, we develop fitness and health programs designed to raise awareness about the importance of engaging in sports and maintaining overall health. Our initiatives also focus on enhancing integration and participation among university affiliates and the external community through sports and recreational activities conducted in state-of-the-art sports facilities.

Moreover, we strive to increase student participation in sports programs and services by implementing strategies to attract them.
