Dean's Message
Thank you for visiting the website of the newest college in Qatar University, College of Dental Medicine. It is my privilege to be the Inaugural Dean of the first ever Dental College in Qatar, which has been set up to educate the future Oral Health practitioners here, in our own country.
The College of Dental Medicine has an enthusiastic faculty, who are all well established and known internationally as educators, researchers and clinicians. Everyone here is committed to provide an environment in which the students will flourish, learn, grow and become world class ethical professionals, who can stand shoulder to shoulder with the graduates of the best dental schools in the world. We aim to provide our students with technology enhanced and Research-led education, and are establishing facilities to include virtual reality, artificial intelligence and the most modern learning tools that are on offer anywhere in the world. When the first graduates stand on the podium to receive their degrees, it would be a proud moment for all of us, Qatar University and indeed the country.
